After the first 30 days we will charge your credit card $19.97 each month. You can cancel at any time. If you sent us an e-mail to cancel, prior to getting your montly audio CD, and we failed to receive it, contact us and we will cancel your subscription and refund your money. If you have received your CD, just return the CD (you will need to pay for the Shipping), and once we receive it, your subscription will be canceled, and you will get your money back without questions asked.

Question: Is it possible to get a refund? How?

Answer: Refund requests are rarely mailed because we see to it that you will be completely satisfied with our product. See the answer above.

Question: What happened when I placed an order but was never given the download page for the bonuses?

Answer: Either your credit card was declined or the order transaction was not processed. You would be immediately taken to the download page and receive a receipt email provided that your order was successfully processed. Verify your credit card company to make sure that a charge from 1 Shopping Card does not appear if you're in doubt of the transaction.

Question: Since I live outside of the US, will I pay in US dollars or my country's currency?

Answer: The banks will determine your country's conversion rate against the price of the product in US dollars.

Question: What should I do when I can not download the bonuses though I already ordered the product?

Question: How can I make sure that my credit card details are safe?

Answer: Credit card details are secured by using 1 Shopping Card. 1 Shopping Card requires: the CVV2 or CVC2 security code in processing payments Visa and Mastercard credit cards. This CVV2 or CVC2 3 digit code is found on the back of your credit card.

Question: What is CVV2 or CVC2?

Answer: CVV2/CVC2 is a three-digit code that appears in reverse italic can be found on the back of credit cards. This program validates to ensure that a genuine card is being used during a transaction. All MasterCard cards, both credit and debit, were required to contain CVC2 by January 1, 1997; all Visa cards must contain CVV2 by January 1, 2001. Even if someone steals a valid account number, it is impossible to compute the CVV2 numbers since they do not know the mathematical algorithm logic.

Question: Where is CVV2 Located?

Answer: CVV2 three-digit code is located on the signature panel on the back of Visa cards after the Visa card account number. The number has more than 3-digits but what is needed is the last 3 digits of the number (the others are just a repetition of your credit card number).

Question: Will I be able to open the format of the bonuses e-books and reports?

Answer: The bonuses ebooks and reports are in .pdf format, which can be viewed on both PC's and Macs. To view a .pdf file, installation of Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 6 or better is needed else the books will appear as geometric symbols rather than text. For the audio download, it is on MP3 format, and you should be able to download to a Mac or a PC without any problems.
